Atena Lodhi, MD is a gastroenterologist and hepatologist from Chicago, IL, who received her bachelor’s degree in biology and mathematics from the University of Illinois, Chicago with highest honors (Phi Beta Kappa). She earned her medical degree from Rush Medical College, Chicago. She completed her internal medicine residency and gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, WI, which is consistently ranked among the top gastroenterology fellowships in the country. She was awarded the Chief Fellow position during her final year of fellowship. She has completed multiple research projects and presented at national meetings in the field of gastroenterology. Dr. Lodhi has expertise in all areas of general gastroenterology, with a special interest in colon cancer screening, acid reflux management, celiac disease, chronic liver disease, cirrhosis, and inflammatory bowel disease.
